Finance and Banking

An emphasis in Finance and Banking prepares students for careers in commercial banking, corporate finance, financial planning, insurance, investment banking, or money management.  Students learn how to independently analyze security markets, understand the basic valuation techniques and use their knowledge to make investment decisions. In addition, students learn basic theoretical concepts in corporate finance and their application to corporate financing and investment decisions.
