Trulaske Edge helps students develop professional competencies that are in demand with today’s top employers and helps students excel in competitive work environments. Students who graduate from the Trulaske College of Business enter the workforce with the skills, experience and networking connections to succeed in the professional world. The program combines innovative programming and coursework as part of Trulaske undergraduate degree requirements.

The Trulaske College of Business supports online and in-person professional development programming that provides extraordinary career preparation for business students through a highly integrated set of classroom and experiential opportunities. It is our goal to prepare career-ready graduates with the help of Business Career Services and Trulaske Edge.
Access Programs
At the Trulaske College of Business, it is our goal to ensure that every student has access to an outstanding business education. We offer a variety of resources to provide support to students through mentorship, scholarships, and educational tools and opportunities. Through programs like the Allen Access Program, Heartland Scholars Academy, Vasey Academy and Trulaske Student Emergency Fund, Mizzou business students are equipped with everything they need for success — in the classroom and after graduation.

Cornell Leadership Program
The Cornell Leadership Program, established in 2006, provides high-performing students with an opportunity to develop leadership skills and business acumen through a carefully designed set of experiences over four years. Students have the opportunity to participate in executive luncheons, delve into current business issues, participate in service opportunities and learn first-hand about global business.

CPG Career Pathway
This NEW innovative pathway is designed for students with a keen interest in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) across areas such as sales, marketing, digital marketing, supply chain, and procurement. This CPG Career Pathway will include experiential learning and industry exposure opportunities, including (but not limited to) coursework, skill-building activities, case studies, internships, corporate visits, networking events, mentoring, and coaching.
