Real estate is an ever-evolving sector and studying it helps students to build an understanding of the world around them. Our program is dedicated to developing the highest-caliber real estate professionals and future real estate industry leaders.
In addition to classroom activities, students will have many opportunities to network directly with real estate professionals. By pairing our academic curriculum with experiential learning, we are equipping our students with the knowledge and resources necessary to succeed. We strive to give our students the edge they need to thrive in this increasingly competitive job market.
The Trulaske College of Business has received approval from The Appraisal Foundation’s Appraisal Qualification Board (AQB). This agreement will enable our students and alumni to more quickly develop a career in real estate appraisal.
The real estate emphasis is for students contemplating a career in real estate investment, property management, mortgage banking, or associated fields.
**Students must already be accepted into the BSBA program with an emphasis in Finance and Banking and should meet with their academic advisor to declare this emphasis. If you are not a Finance & Banking major, you cannot add the Real Estate emphasis to your academic plan.
