Scholarships

The Trulaske College of Business awards nearly $1.5 million in scholarships to students every year.

The majority of the scholarships available are endowed scholarship funds. A gift from a company or donor is generously made to the college and the interest earned from the gift funds the scholarship. Not every scholarship is awarded every year or in the same amount. Donors often define the requirements of their scholarship. Students may apply for scholarships through Scholarship Universe.

The Trulaske College of Business awards more than 450 scholarships each year. Some of the larger programs are the Sam W. Walton, Robert J. Trulaske, Sr., Ponder Scholarship, Allen Access Scholarship and Vasey Academy Scholarships.

Allen Access

The program's Allen Access Fund supports career readiness and student success by providing these students with funding for things like laptops and interview suits.

The program also focuses on outreach in Missouri to expose more middle and high school students to the opportunities that exist at Trulaske and at Mizzou, and to help them create a clear path to the Missouri's flagship university and its college of business.

Emergency Fund

The student emergency fund was created by Trulaske alumni and friends. It will provide financial assistance to students who encounter hardship that makes it difficult for them to pursue their business education. The fund provides targeted support in the form of short-term scholarships, emergency or temporary housing assistance, access to food, emergency transportation costs and more.

Cornell Leadership Program

The Harry and Ann Cornell Leadership Program (CLP) develops leaders in business. Students admitted into this highly selective program will be involved in a series of honors-type experiences and extracurricular activities aimed at developing leadership competencies.

Corporate visits to Wall Street, Chile and beyond allow students to interact with business leaders earlier in their academic career and the lecture series will further enhance their learning.
