Current Interns

Jacquelene is a senior from St. Louis, MO but originally hails from Seattle, WA. She is working on a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management as well as a Bachelor of Arts with a French emphasis. This past summer Jacquelene had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of Alicante, Spain through the Trulaske College of Business. She is looking forward to working with globally minded companies but most excited to learn about entering markets with different cultures.

Cody is a senior from Milwaukee, WI pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. Cody is also pursuing certificates in Global Supply Chain as well as Digital Marketing. He is excited to assist the International Trade Center in analyzing data and conducting market research to identify opportunities for companies to expand their global outreach.

Dzena is a senior from St. Louis, MO pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a certificate in Global Business. This summer she was a Financial Analyst Intern at Lockton where she enhanced her analytical skills. Dzena is looking forward to expanding her knowledge in market research and global markets. 

Riley is a senior from Kansas City, MO pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Economics. She is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma on campus. Through this internship, she is excited to expand her knowledge of international trade and advance her skills in global market research.

Jonah is a fourth year first-generation Mizzou student pursuing a degree in International Business with an emphasis in Marketing. Jonah is the current president of the Diverse Student Association and is a current career specialist at the MU Career Center. His previous experience includes a global marketing internship at California game studio Dreamhaven and a social media internship at Mizzou Esports. He hopes to use this opportunity to expand his global knowledge after just returning from studying abroad in South Korea.

Caleb is a senior from Cincinnati, OH pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He is excited to use his academic knowledge to help a business achieve its goals, particularly by exploring global opportunities. Focused on refining his data analysis skills, Caleb is also eager to understand diverse economies and the growth potential they offer. 

Olivia is from Chesterfield, MO pursing a degree in International Business with an emphasis in Management along with a minor in Mandarin Chinese. During the summer of 2023, she studied abroad with Trulaske College of Business in Bergamo, Italy. This past summer, she returned to Bergamo as a student manager for the same study abroad program. Olivia gained valuable global perspectives and is excited to continue this growth as an Intern for the International Trade Center.

Connor is a senior from O’Fallon, MO pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual Emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. Connor recently had an internship in the summer of 2024 where he worked with a business lending team. He is excited to work with business owners to help expand market share in international markets. 

James is a senior from Palatine, IL studying Business Management along with working towards a certificate in Global Business and Global Supply Chain Management. Last summer, James had an internship with Anheuser Busch in St Louis and this summer with Boeing in Seattle. He is excited to expand his knowledge of international business and data analytics skills.

Kevin is a senior from St. Louis, MO, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with an emphasis on East Asian Studies. Kevin is also pursuing a certificate in Multicultural Studies. He is excited to apply his skills to the ITC, drawing on his experiences from a year abroad in South Korea and his marketing internship at Midwest BankCentre.

Catherine Hinkebein is a rising senior from the St. Louis area studying Finance & Banking, with certificates in Global Business, Global Supply Chain Management, Multicultural Studies, Investments, Risk Management and Insurance, and Digital Marketing. In 2023, Catherine took part in the Inaugural "Marketing 4800: Entering Global Markets" Southeast Asia program, where she conducted research for companies wishing to expand into Singapore and Malaysia. Currently, Catherine serves as a student manager for Trulaske Study Abroad, reflecting her passion for fostering international opportunity.

Lexi is a senior from Jackson, MO pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management, along with certifications in Global Business and Global Supply Chain Management. Lexi is excited to develop skills in market research and supply chain dynamics while contributing to the International Trade Center. She looks forward to leveraging her academic background to support local businesses in navigating global markets and enhancing their international strategies.

Kaitlyn is a senior from St. Louis, MO pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration while focusing on Management. Kaitlyn is also pursuing certificates in Global Business, Global Supply Chain, and Human Resource Management. Kaitlyn is excited and eager to expand their knowledge through the collaboration with International Trade Center. Kaitlyn is excited to grow their global outreach and witness the global business world. 

Farouk is a junior from St. Charles, MO majoring in Information Technology with a minor in Business. He is getting certificates in Digital Marketing, Web and Mobile Development and Cybersecurity. Aside from his academics, Farouk is involved in Delta Sigma Pi holding the Vice President of Marketing position, a Campus Launcer for DoorDash, and a TEAM mentor for new transfer students. After graduation, he plans to move out of the Saint Louis area to work in the IT project management field. 

Abbi, a junior from Knoxville, IL, is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Management, a minor in Agriculture Business Management, and an undergraduate certificate in Global Business. This past year, Abbi was one of the Business Week Directors who organized a fantastic week. Her academic achievements testify to her potential to assist the International Trade Center in growing new partnerships and create a great environment. 

Eva, a senior from Saint Louis, MO, has a diverse background, having spent part of her childhood in Amiens, France. She is pursuing a double major in International Business with a focus on Marketing and French and is also earning a certificate in Multicultural Studies. Eva further developed her language skills through a summer study abroad program in Antibes, France, and is eager to deepen her expertise in international business through her collaboration with the International Trade Center.

Aisling is a senior from Downers Grove, IL, pursuing dual degrees in Finance and Economics, with a minor in Constitutional Democracy and a certificate in Investments. Having previously participated in the International Trade Center Internship, Aisling is excited to continue contributing as the ITC Interns Student Assistant. With strong organizational skills and a passion for fostering professional growth, Aisling is dedicated to creating a seamless and enriching experience for all interns.

Emma is a second-year graduate student from St. Louis, MO, pursuing a master’s degree in business administration and a graduate certificate in Financial Management. After earning her undergraduate degree from Truman State University, she gained valuable experience in financial and marketing analysis. Emma looks forward to applying her skills at the ITC, where she will assist interns in creating insightful global market research reports for participating companies.
