Jack Pelikan

Jack Pelikan

Jack Pelikan, CPA,CISA, CISSP is an assistant teaching professor in the Management Department, specializing in information technology management. In addition to holding a BSBA and MAcc from Miami University (OH), he has more than 15 years of experience in the areas of project management, audit and compliance, business process consulting/reengineering/automation, information security and data analytics, with stints at the Big 4 firms, Fortune 1000 companies and a recent IPO. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member at Maryville University in St. Louis and the University of Missouri.

Pelikan's research and teaching interests include cybersecurity, intelligent automation, data analytics, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and stakeholder management. He has authored articles on various themes in global trade journals such as Internal Auditor and InfoSecurity Professional Insights, and has written a book on baseball history.

Anuj Kapoor

Anuj Kapoor

Anuj Kapoor is an assistant professor of marketing at the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business, where his interest areas are digital video advertising, AI human interaction and digital platforms. Kapoor holds a doctorate degree in business administration from the University of Utah.

Mike Saljoughian

Mike Saljoughian

Mike Saljoughian is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business, University of Missouri. His research focuses on digital marketing, social media, customer experience, and the customer journey. Methodologically, he specializes in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and causal inference, bringing a distinctive quantitative lens to marketing problems.

Dr. Saljoughian's research has been published in the Journal of Marketing Research and the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science. He currently serves on the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science.

He teaches Digital Customer Experience, Advanced Professional Selling, and Applied Statistics in Marketing at the undergraduate and MBA levels. Prior to his doctoral studies, he worked in international business development conducting market research and feasibility studies.

Jill Wood

Jill Wood

Jill Wood is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Management Department at the University of Missouri’s Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business. Dr. Wood teaches Advanced Professional Development and other courses within the Edge Program. Dr. Wood brings over 30 years of experience to her teaching, including serving as the Chief HR Officer for an organization of 3,000 employees and delivering employee leadership development programs for over 15 years. She also served as a management consultant in the Strategic Change practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting.

Dr. Wood has a doctoral degree from MU's Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis program. Her research interests include issues related to higher education employment, including work engagement, job satisfaction, and professional identity of education staff members. Dr. Wood earned a Master of Education degree from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree from Briar Cliff College.
