The Graduate Certificate in Global Supply Chain Management is an interdisciplinary certificate between the Department of Management, Trulaske College of Business, and the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering in Mizzou's College of Engineering. This is a stand-alone certificate.
The primary objective of the graduate certificate in Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is to prepare supply chain professionals for successful careers. Over the last several decades, SCM, as an interdisciplinary field, has gained broad acceptance by both academics and practitioners and is currently considered a core discipline in industrial engineering and business education, so this certificate is designed based on an interdisciplinary perspective. Certificate holders will gain knowledge in operations management, analytics, strategic management, marketing, logistics, transportation, information technology, and decision sciences.
