About the CSCD

To facilitate innovation, understanding and education in sales and customer development issues, the Center for Sales and Customer Development (CSCD) creates opportunities for student collaboration with the professional sales and business community. As part of the Department of Marketing in the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business, the CSCD is grounded in proven coursework topped off by programs that offer experience-centered learning.

Our Programs

Certificate in Sales and Customer Development

Earning a certificate in Sales and Customer Development prepares you for a career in sales through coursework and experience-centered learning opportunities, such as internships, where you will build the skills you need to be prepared for your career. In addition, you will build a base of best practices in the sales profession and sales management.

Inside Sales Lab

As part of the CSCD, the Inside Sales Lab encourages partnerships with leading companies to develop future sales leaders while offering students hands-on learning. This dynamic initiative also provides researchers the resources for conducting research to develop sales tools and techniques.
