Human resources management (HRM) focuses on matching and developing human talent to the goals and objectives of an organization to support organizational performance and human thriving. The goal of this certificate is to provide core knowledge in the field of human resources to existing professionals in the HR field who want to upskill, individuals who want to train for a move into HR roles, or individuals who want to build their HR skills in order to function more effectively in managerial or other leadership roles.

Requirements

Students must earn 12 credit hours to complete the certificate, including 7.5 credit hours from Required Courses, and at least 4.5 credit hours from the Elective Courses list.
