William "W.D" Allen

W.D Allen is the Coordinator of the Allen Angel Capital Education Program (AACE) and an Adjunct Professor in the Finance Department at the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business, University of Missouri. As coordinator of AACE, W.D oversees a multi-disciplinary class of 16 students. He helps guide them through all aspects of angel investing with real dollar investments in class from prescreen to investment and harvesting. The class also participates in deals through membership in Centennial Investors. Prior to his retirement, he served 10 years at the Trulaske College of Business as an assistant teaching professor.

W.D received his doctorate from Mizzou in 2006. In the past, he has worked as a fixed-income manager, real estate developer, small business owner, purchasing manager, fry cook, aspiring musician and a heavy equipment operator.
