Sarah Reagers joined the Trulaske College of Business in 2024 as an office support assistant for the School of Accountancy. In her previous role, she supervised a team of customer support agents and spear-headed the development and implementation of a program to increase knowledge transfer and integration between senior workers and new hires. Prior to that, she worked for the Dean of Clinical Affairs at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine where she gained experience with helping the department run smoothly and supporting medical students with their multi-facility clinical rotations. She also worked for the Department of Social Services where she increased the efficiency and workforce of student volunteers to promote a better learning experience for the students and improved productivity. She has experience with transportation research from her time as an analyst at Virginia Tech. She also served as an assistant to the Human Resources department from her alma mater while completing her degree. In 2016 she earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University at Stanislaus focusing on constrained decision-making processes (e.g. operator behavior while driving). She has enjoyed hiking and the great outdoors since childhood and is expanding her amateur botany skills. This includes growing heirloom vegetables and managing to resurrect the same houseplant (a “good luck” jade tree) three times.
