In the BA 1500 course, students engage their strengths as they navigate the Trulaske College of Business, discover career opportunities in the business field, and begin to understand and develop the professional competencies necessary for personal and career advancement.

In this course, students: 

• Explore traditional opportunities available in business with a special focus on management, marketing, finance and accountancy.  
• Define and understand the Trulaske Professional Competencies associated with personal understanding and professional development. 
• Define and understand the Trulaske Professional Competencies associated with understanding and working with others. 
• Apply integrated understanding of Trulaske Professional Competencies in a real organizational setting via Organizational Field Experience
