André Grinston

André Grinston joined the Advancement team as the Senior Director of Advancement. Grinston has over 20 years of experience building relationships and raising philanthropic support for educational and community organizations. Grinston joins us from Lincoln University, where he served as Director of Alumni Relations and Vice President for Institutional Advancement. Prior to Lincoln University, Grinston served as Vice President of Regions Bank.

Grinston holds a BS degree from Lincoln University, an MBA from William Woods University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Urban Higher Education from Jackson State University. As a community leader, Grinston serves as the Vice-President of the Jefferson City, MO Parks and Recreation Commission, and is on the Board of Directors of the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry, United Way of Central Missouri, Jefferson City Public School Foundation, Boys and Girls Club of Jefferson City, Jefferson City West Rotary Club, and the YMCA.
