Within EY Tax, our People Advisory Services (PAS) professionals help clients solve their most complex people-related organizational, compliance and behavioral challenges. They support transactions, transformations and change to make clients successful on their journey. The PAS Mobility teams develop and support aspects of global mobility programs, in addition to developing integrated offerings that span strategy through regulatory compliance. This means consulting on Tax implications related to immigration, compensation, international assignment, and Social Security. Additionally, the PAS Tax Technical team works with global clients to design executive compensation programs and assess tax or financial HR risks in connection with transactions.
