Rabab Rashid is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Management at Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business, University of Missouri. Before joining the program, Rabab earned her MSc (IER & HRM) from London School of Economics & Political Science, United Kingdom. She has been a Corporate Banker for almost 17 years. She served top tier private banks of Pakistan where she performed various middle and top management roles. An IER and HR specialist by training and a corporate banker by profession, her research interests include stress management, artificial intelligence, social media, top management teams and strategic management. She enjoys traveling, documentaries, reading and writing articles.
