Mayce Baxter

Mayce Baxter is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Management, Robert J. Trulaske, Sr., College of Business at the University of Missouri. Her research interests include leadership and organizational dynamics, communication, and workplace well-being and engagement. As a first-generation college student, Mayce has always been passionate about her education. Before pursuing her Ph.D., she obtained her M.B.A. with a concentration in leadership and organizational development from the University of Central Missouri (UCM). During this time, she was employed as the Graduate Assistant for the UCM management department where she discovered her passion for research and writing. During her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and pet corgi, reading mystery novels, and cooking.
