Ann C. Peng is an Associate Professor of Management and the Raymond W. Lansford Distinguished Professor of Leadership in at the Trulaske College of Business. Before joining Trulaske in August 2019, Dr. Peng was an Assistant/Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior at Ivey Business School of Western University. She received her Ph.D. in Management at Michigan State University and a master’s degree from Lingnan University of Hong Kong. Dr. Peng’s research interests include leadership, emotions, work stress, and employee performance, and she has published her research in Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Human Relations, Journal of Vocational Behavior, etc. Dr. Peng serves on the editorial boards of Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies.
