Ann C. Peng will join the faculty of Management Department at the Trulaske College of Business as an Associate Professor and the Raymond W. Lansford Distinguished Professor of Leadership starting August 2019. Dr. Peng is currently an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior at Ivey Business School of Western University. She received her Ph.D. in Management at Michigan State University and a master’s degree from Lingnan University of Hong Kong. Dr. Peng’s research interests include leadership, emotions, work stress, and employee performance, and she has published her research in Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Human Relations, Journal of Vocational Behavior, etc. She serves on the editorial boards of Academy of Management Journal and Journal of Organizational Behavior.
