Angela Sutton

Angela Sutton is a manager in the fiscal office at the Robert A. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business.

As a dedicated financial services professional, Sutton formerly served as the financial services unit supervisor at the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, Division of Cannabis Regulation since January 2023. Her responsibilities included managing the division’s budget, accounting, procurement and financial processes.

Prior to that position, Sutton had a career spanning over two decades with the state of Missouri, where she served in variety of capacities, including business management, procurement, contract management, finance and accounting, budget management and policy oversight.

Sutton, who has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, has a strong track record of optimizing fiscal operations, enhancing procurement processes and ensuring compliance across multiple departments. She combines a deep understanding of financial regulations with practical experience in contract management and budget oversight to drive operational efficiency and fiscal accountability.

She is passionate about providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships and supporting the team.

In her free time, Angela enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies and diamond painting.
