Steve Miles

Steve is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Livingstone, a leading independent, international investment banking firm focused on transactions with values up to $500 million. Steve has over 20 years of experience advising middle market companies on M&A transactions, financial restructurings, and debt and equity raises.

Prior to cofounding Livingstone, Steve was a managing director at both Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. and Lazard Middle Market. He currently serves on the board of directors of Livingstone International Holdings LP, Lakeshore Recycling Systems, Ginn Resorts Holdings and BUILD, Inc.
