Monica Swoboda

With her extensive experience in strategic planning, marketing and organizational strategy, Monica Swoboda offers AEP a professional and market driven approach to clients. As a senior executive from 1985-1995 with large hospitals holding positions such as Department Director and Vice President, she was directly responsible for strategic planning and strategy in alternative delivery systems outside the acute care setting.  She was also the Executive Director of a private company that among other things designed, developed, and directed a retirement community with an aging-in-place focus.  Working with JES companies for over 10 years, Monica has been involved in the senior management of all JES Holdings operating companies and currently functions as Executive Vice President.
