This innovative pathway is designed for students with a keen interest in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) across areas such as sales, marketing, digital marketing, supply chain, and procurement. This program is open to both need-based and non-need-based students, ensuring inclusivity and diversity. The primary goal is to provide in-depth exposure to the CPG industry, fostering a robust understanding of its dynamics and equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become high-achieving, performance-ready leaders.
This CPG Career Pathway will include experiential learning and industry exposure opportunities, including (but not limited to) coursework, skill-building activities, case studies, internships, corporate visits, networking events, mentoring, and coaching.
Brase RISE Scholars Program
Within the CPG Career Pathway, the Brase RISE Scholars program will provide support for scholars with financial need that may be first generation college students. The Brase RISE program is designed to:
- Raise ambitions of students from under-resourced families
- Inspire them to achieve their ambitions
- Support them throughout their journey
- Empower them to transform the world for the better
The CPG Career Pathway and Brase RISE Scholars applications are open to first, second and third-year students. This application will be used to determine both CPG Career Pathway and Brase RISE Scholars.
Accepted students to be notified by review committee and program to begin in Spring of 2025.
Deadline to apply is January 1, 2025.
Criteria to remain in CPG Career Pathway
- Maintain GPA of 3.2 or higher
- Must be a business major
- Must be a full-time student in good standing
- Must continue to exhibit interest in CPG industry
- Program and scholarship (for needs-based students) participation renewable for up to 8 semesters for undergraduates
