Can Focusing on Learning Land the Job?

{January 23, 2015 in Futurity} Having the right attitude—a focus on learning from the job-seeking process—leads to more success in landing a dream job, according to new research.

“Attitude means a lot,” says Daniel Turban, a professor of management at the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
