Trulaske’s Business Week, commonly referred to as B-Week, is a student-created and -executed week of events designed to celebrate the Trulaske College of Business. The theme and direction are unique to the vision of student directors each year. B-Week 2024 was led by five directors – Emma Boland, Abbi Johnson, Kaile Kalton, Andrea Lee and Monika Vanek – and featured more than 25 events, which were attended by more than 1,000 students. This year, the B-Week student team partnered with Mizzou’s Division of Research, Innovation & Impact; all of the departments within the Trulaske College of Business; companies such as RSM, FORVIS, State Farm, Edward Jones and Veterans United; and this year’s service beneficiary, The HALO Foundation, which provides services for homeless youth.  student sitting at a table

Students had the opportunity to hear from alumni like former Mizzou football player and entrepreneur, Michael Oldroyd; Paul Frauen and John Coveney from Edward Jones; Ben Daniel from EQT Partners; and several members from the college’s Recent Alumni Advisory Board, including Hannah Adair, Jordyn Eskijian and Leah Rothberg.

B-Week offered eight hours of service opportunities for Trulaske students and resulted in the collection of more than 700 school supply items to benefit children in need through the HALO Foundation.

Business Week 2024 showcased the college and what it has to offer while bringing its community together in professional development, service, fun and a little bit of competition.
