Yan (Nancy) Chen is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Management at the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business, University of Missouri. Her research interests include Institutions and Entrepreneurship, Social Movement, Social Media, Artificial Intelligence. She is a member of the Academy of Management and Strategic Management Society. Prior to entering the doctoral program, Chen was a company controller at a Fortune 500 firm.
