College honors excellence at annual Celebration of Success

The Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business hosted the annual Celebration of Success on Thursday, March 14, to recognize excellence and years of service among faculty, staff and doctoral students. Held in the Memorial Union, the gathering was an opportunity to highlight the outstanding contributions in service, teaching and research and honored those celebrating milestone anniversaries at the University of Missouri.  

“Every one of you touches the lives of our students, no matter your position with the college,” said Dean Balaji Rajagopalan. “You teach and mentor them, connect them with employers, introduce them to alumni and support their events. You give them advice, cheer them on, and provide guidance and assistance in challenging times.”

Rajagopalan added that prospective students choose Trulaske because of the college’s faculty and staff.

“You are the reason they stay,” he said. “And you are the reason they remain connected to the college after they graduate.”
