IRS-Virtual Information Session for Contact Representative position

We are hosting a virtual information session on our Contact Representative positions with the IRS' Small Business and Self-Employed Division.

During this virtual information session, you will hear from Contact Representatives in customer service and collections, who will give you a better understanding of the work they do day-to-day. We will also have HR Representatives attending the session to discuss the application process and some of the requirements for the positions.
