Ireland V USA according to Hofstede – the same but different! presented by Francis Kelly

We often assume that because people speak the same language they have the same culture – they are the same! This presentation will outline – with the help of Hofstede’s framework – that this is not always true. Having worked with Americans for over 25 years (and being married to one!) I will investigate the areas of commonality and difference, particularly from a business perspective, which will reveal a deeper understanding and appreciation for our respective cultures.
