- The survey only takes about five minutes to complete.
- You should log in with your university credentials (PawPrint and password).
- You will be asked to agree to 12Twenty’s privacy terms to complete the survey.
Best of all, Business Career Services will give you a commemorative business-specific Truman pin for completing the survey!

- Transfer Credit: If you are using transfer credit to complete your degree requirements, those transcripts must be posted in myZou no later than Friday, January 3. If the transfer credit is not posted by this date, the awarding of your degree will be delayed.

If you already know that you are missing a graduation requirement, please reply to this email and we will move your graduation date.
- Diploma Delivery: You will receive your diploma in the mail. Most are delivered approximately six to eight weeks after commencement. However, extenuating circumstances may cause others to take longer. In order to ensure your diploma is mailed to the correct address, enter your address on your graduation application where you want to receive your diploma. If you need to change the address where your diploma will be shipped, open your graduation status page using this link.
For students with an international address or who wish to receive their diploma differently:
- You can provide a prepaid label for an alternative carrier, such as FedEx, DHL or UPS.
- You may request to pick up your diploma in person at the university registrar’s office.
- You may request to have your diploma sent to a campus address.
To request any of the above alternative options, contact the Office of the University Registrar via our Cherwell contact form.
