She works closely with faculty and staff to support departmental goals and maintain efficient processes.
Prior to transitioning into an administrative role, Vatsla accumulated over six years of professional experience in educational settings. She previously worked as a Lead Toddler Teacher in early childhood education and as a Class Teacher in a school environment, where she was responsible for curriculum planning, classroom management, parent communication, and academic support. This experience strengthened her organizational abilities, attention to detail, and collaborative work style.
Vatsla holds a Bachelor of Education in Life Science and Physical Science, an M.Sc. in Bioinformatics, and a B.Sc. in Bioinformatics. Her academic background supports a structured, analytical approach to administrative responsibilities and effective problem-solving.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking and traveling, and values opportunities to explore new cultures and cuisines while continuing to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
