Richard Lucero

Richard “Zech” Lucero is the Admissions and Recruitment Manager in the master’s Programs Office in the University of Missouri’s Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business. The Admissions and Recruitment Manager develops and executes strategies to identify, track, and qualify prospective graduate students, collaborating with program leadership to support effective admissions operations. The role represents the college at on-and off-campus events and meets directly with prospective students and stakeholders to align their ambitions with achievable goals within the MBA programs, helping drive enrollment and advance the mission of developing future business leaders.

Zech brings a large variety of undergraduate recruiting and marketing experience from Eastern New Mexico University, Lamar University, and Texas Tech University.

Zech has his bachelor’s degree in communications with emphases in Public Relations and Journalism from Eastern New Mexico University and a master’s degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in sport and exercise science from The University of The Southwest. In his spare time, Zech likes to go to the gym, go bowling, enjoy the outdoors, watch sports, and play his guitar.
