Mike Moesel

Adjunct Faculty

Mike Moesel is an adjunct professor in the Department of Management of the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri. He is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on corporate and securities law. Moesel counsels public and private technology and emerging growth companies through all stages of their growth. While attending law school, Moesel worked as a senior associate in the tax practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he assisted venture capital and private equity clients on various tax compliance and consulting engagements. He also interned at Kim & Chang in Seoul, South Korea, where he assisted the corporate practice, and worked as a law clerk in Wilson Sonsini's Washington, D.C., office. Prior to law school, Moesel worked for PwC as a certified public accountant in its Tysons Corner, Virginia office. Moesel holds active CPA licenses in the state of California and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
