Majid Nikyar is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Marketing at the Trulaske College of Business, University of Missouri-Columbia. He holds an Executive MBA from Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran, Iran.
His research focuses on the Subscription Economy, Customer Engagement, and the role of Chief Marketing Officers, employing methodologies such as Quantitative Marketing, Structural Modeling, Machine Learning, and Causal Inference. He is proficient in R, STATA, and Python.
Before starting his Ph.D., he gained valuable experience in the finance industry, particularly in social media and customer loyalty programs. He developed customer loyalty programs, managed social media accounts, and analyzed customer and competitor behaviors.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling, photography, and hiking.
