Laura Carroz

Laura Carroz rejoined the Trulaske College of Business as the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Advising in December 2024. She has worked at Mizzou for over 20 years, starting her career with students at the School of Medicine. Carroz has been in undergraduate advising at MU for over 13 years in both the College of Arts & Science and the Trulaske College of Business. She served as the Trulaske Coordinator of Scholarships from 2012 to 2018.

Carroz graduated from the University of Missouri with degrees in psychology and biology. She later returned to campus and received her M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis with an emphasis in Higher Education. She enjoys walking alongside her advisees on their college journey, guiding them to resources that will help them develop personally and professionally. 

Outside of work,  Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and two dogs, and as much time as possible at Walt Disney World!
