John Schaubroeck is the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. Chair and Professor of Management at the Robert J. Trulaske Sr. College of Business, University of Missouri. He teaches negotiation and other topics in organizational behavior and human resource management. His areas of expertise include psychological processes in leader-follower relationships, leadership development, negotiation, and employee stress and well-being. He has published over 80 refereed journal articles and several book chapters. Professor Schaubroeck served as both associate editor and editor-in-chief of Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and he currently sits on the editorial boards of Academy of Management JournalJournal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, Research in Human Resource Management, and Research in Occupational Stress and Well Being. He is a Senior Editor of Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies. He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Purdue University.
