
Hayley Harned
Hayley Harned serves as the Assistant Director of the Paul and Lynn Ann Vogel Master of Accountancy and Integrated Program in the University of Missouri’s Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business. In her role, she advises undergraduate and graduate students, partners with accounting firms to facilitate internships and full-time placement, and manages projects regarding admissions and orientation. In 2012, Harned graduated from the University of Great Falls in Montana with a BA in Psychology and a BA in Sociology. In 2016, she earned her MPH in Public Health focusing on Health Education from Claremont Graduate University in California.
Harned comes to Mizzou with 7 years of advising experience spending time in TRIO, athletic, and first-year advising centers in Montana and Texas. She provides a holistic and proactive approach including active listening and meeting students where they are at. Harned engages in professional development opportunities through NACADA conferences, workshops, sitting on various committees, and was chosen as a ‘24-‘26 Emerging Leaders Program member.
Outside of work, you can find her at Disney World, camping, road tripping, baking sweet treats, or building legos. Harned also likes to give back to her community through involvement in the Junior League of Columbia.
