Timothy Ronan, Jr.

Mr. Ronan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Stanton Road Capital, LLC ("SRC"), a Los Angeles-based investment management firm focused on direct commercial real estate investments and select private equity strategies. Mr. Ronan is responsible for defining the firm's real estate investment strategy, acquisition sourcing, capital raising and financing activities. Formally launched in 2013, SRC currently owns and operates over 3.2 million square feet of commercial properties located within its target markets of Southern California, Texas and the Midwest. SRC invests its own capital and on behalf of both institutional and private capital partners.

Prior to launching SRC, Mr. Ronan served as Sr. Director of Acquisitions responsible for over $2.3 billion of office, multifamily and development transactions for Strategic Partners U.S., an $8 billion closed-end real estate private equity fund series sponsored by CBRE Global Investors based in Los Angeles.

Mr. Ronan was also the primary asset manager for over $350 million of commercial real estate at The Prescott Group, a New York-based private investment firm. In 2004, Mr. Ronan began his career with Prudential Mortgage Capital in New York originating over $540 million of commercial real estate financing.

Mr. Ronan holds BS Degrees in Finance & Banking and Real Estate from the University of Missouri.
