Ryan McMasters

Ryan McMasters received his BSBA in Marketing from University of Missouri - Columbia. Today, Ryan is the Senior Account Director for two of Cushman & Wakefield’s largest clients, H&R Block and The UPS Store.  Ryan’s responsibilities include leading a team of Transaction, Portfolio, Facility and Project/Construction Managers whose responsibility is to identify real estate opportunities, negotiate leases, facilitate the completion of construction, signage and be the overall point of contact for both clients. Ryan is also responsible for developing strategies to improve processes and for developing relationships within H&R Block and The UPS Store’s internal management structures.
