Ryan is the Agency Field Leader for State Farm Insurance, with responsibility for the Northeast Missouri Territory. He has been employed at State Farm for 25 years. His responsibilities include:
- Drives territory growth by applying comprehensive marketplace knowledge and effective agent sales consulting to differentiate State Farm by meeting multiple customer needs, providing consistently remarkable experiences and integrating Enterprise capabilities
- Accountable for the agent placement and development process to capture market potential
- Provides a connection between agents and State Farm
Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs, with a Minor in Vocal Music from Northwest Missouri State University. He has obtained the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF), and Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) from The American College.
In addition to the Center for Sales & Customer Development, Ryan is a Board Member of the Personal Financial Planning Department at Mizzou.
