Phil Caster

Phil is an Assurance Partner in the Consumer & Industrial Products (CIPS) practice of PwC.  He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Drury University and a Master’s degree in Accountancy from Mizzou.  Phil has been with the Firm for 25 years, serving a variety of clients in the consumer and industrial products industries.    In his 11 years as a partner, Phil has worked primarily with large, public companies.  Phil’s client experience includes many clients with significant international operations.  Phil also serves as the Risk Management partner for the Missouri Market.  Phil has served as the Global Engagement Partner on several large multinational companies.  He has extensive transaction experience, including large international and domestic acquisitions as well as divestitures and spin-offs.  He has also worked with his clients on IPOs, equity and debt offerings (including 144A and 144A for life transactions).   Phil is a CPA (Missouri) and also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors & Treasurer of Bellerive Country Club and on the Board of Trustees of Drury University.  He has been actively involved in student recruiting, case competition judging, and guest speaking at Mizzou.  Phil takes the place of his wife, Lori Caster, on the Mizzou School of Accountancy Advisory Board, continuing the Caster family’s strong association with Mizzou.
