Jack Swoboda

Previously, Jack was an analyst at BMO Capital Markets within the Mergers & Acquisitions group. He was responsible for evaluating and executing several M&A transactions across a range of industries including tech-enabled business services, infrastructure, professional athletics, and healthcare. While there, Jack was selected to serve on multiple committees focused on efficiency and accuracy across BMO’s various valuation techniques. He was also elected by his colleagues to serve on the Action Committee, mandated to address key internal issues and execute plans to improve the working environment.

Jack holds a B.S. with honors in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate and a B.A. with honors in Economics from the University of Missouri. He has been actively involved with the University since graduating via the University of Missouri Investment Group, a student-run organization he supports through his role as the Head of Alumni Relations. Jack also serves on the Advisory Board of the Jeffrey E. Smith Institute of Real Estate at the University of Missouri and the Auxiliary Board of One Hope United in Chicago.
