Corey Wiemann

Mr. Wiemann serves as the Director of Leasing for The Kroenke Group in Columbia, Missouri. In this role, he manages the day-to-day leasing operations for The Kroenke Group’s shopping center portfolio. Working with a nationwide network of brokers, tenants, consultants and partners, The Kroenke Group is able to attract, retain and manage tenants in order to optimize the portfolio occupancy. Prior to his role as Director of Leasing, Mr. Wiemann served as an attorney for The Kroenke Group working on various matters including leasing, property management, acquisitions, dispositions and financing. Mr. Wiemann joined The Kroenke Group in 2012 as an intern and has continued to grow his career with the company.

Mr. Wiemann earned a BS in Business Administration with emphasis in Economics, Finance and Banking and Real Estate from the University of Missouri in 2010 and a JD from the University Of Missouri School Of Law in 2013. He has been actively involved with SIRE and its programs since 2007.
