Research from Adam Yore, an assistant professor of finance, was featured in three publications in early May.

  1. Barry Moltz’s radio show Business Insanity Talk Radio interviewed Yore on ethical dilemmas possibly found at the intersection of managers’ personal and professional lives.
  2. MarketWatch published a story that looks at the role age plays in the performance of CEOs. Yore’s research that was originally published in the January 2016 Journal of Empirical Finance found that firms with older CEOs were typically outperformed by firms with younger CEOs.
  3. The Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation recently posted an article based on Yore’s research with collaborators at Mississippi State University and Drexel University and looks at the importance of personal integrity on business. The research will be published in an upcoming issue of the Journal of Financial Economics (JFE).
