Role
Shannon Lane is an administrative assistant in the Finance department in the University of Missouri’s Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business. She supports daily operations within the department, assisting with administrative tasks and providing organizational support to ensure efficient office functioning. Lane joined Trulaske in 2026 and previously worked as an assistant at a small law firm. She brings more than six years of customer service and management experience from her time at Panera Bread, where she developed strong communication and organizational skills.
Lane is originally from St. Charles, Missouri, and moved to Columbia in 2023. Outside of work, Lane enjoys spending time at home with her partner and cats, baking, playing games with friends and discovering new TV shows.
