Role
Yaying Zhou is a PhD student in Management at the University of Missouri’s Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business. Her research interests include innovation strategy, technology management, corporate sustainability, and firm performance. Before joining Mizzou, she was a university lecturer in China, teaching accounting and financial management courses. She also gained professional experience in corporate finance and auditing at Sinochem Group and EY. Her previous research has focused on digital transformation, ESG, green innovation, and corporate financial performance. She earned her PhD in Management of Technology in South Korea and also holds a master’s degree in Rural and Regional Development and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Outside of academia, she enjoys making coffee, traveling, and spending time with her family.
