Yifan Zhang is an assistant professor in the Department of Finance at the University of Missouri’s Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business. His research focuses on financial markets, with particular emphasis on intraday return and liquidity dynamics and derivative pricing. His work examines how market structure, trading technologies, and investor behavior affect asset prices and market liquidity. Zhang earned his Ph.D. in finance from Rice University before joining Mizzou. He currently teaches International Finance.
