Linbo Yao

Role

Linbo Yao is a PhD student in the School of Accountancy, Robert J. Trulaske, Sr., College of Business at the University of Missouri. He joined the program in 2025. His research interests include financial accounting topics, merger and acquisition, financial reporting, and capital markets. Prior to joining Mizzou, Linbo worked at PwC as consultant in Deal teams for financial due diligence. Before working at PwC, Linbo earned his Master of Business Analytics at Virginia Tech. In his free time, he enjoys trying new things, sports, and taking some trips.
