Bailey Pannell is an Academic Advisor in the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri. A lifelong Missouri Tiger, Bailey earned her BA in Psychology from Mizzou in 2022. After her undergrad as a high school English teacher, then as an Admissions and Academic Advisor at the community college level. She went on to complete her MS in General Psychology through Capella University in 2024 and returned to MU shortly after, joining the Mizzou Transfer Center before transitioning to the College of Business in 2026.
Originally from Boonville, Missouri, Bailey is passionate about helping students navigate their academic journey and make the most of their time at Mizzou. Outside of work, she enjoys gaming with family and friends, traveling, and exploring creative projects in the arts.
