Role
Cyrus is a Ph.D. candidate in the Management Department at the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business, University of Missouri. His research focuses on strategic human resource management. In particular, he examines how organizations adapt their human resource strategies amid organizational change and adversity.
Across projects in strategic HRM, talent management, and talent acquisition, he studies how these adaptations shape firm and employee outcomes, including effort, sorting, and productivity.
Prior to joining the Ph.D. program, Cyrus performed studies in both Canada and the United Kingdom at the undergraduate and graduate level.
