Mengfan Chen

Role

Mengfan Chen is a PhD student in Management in the University of Missouri’s Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business. Her research interests include employee identity, workplace dehumanization, employee proactivity, and the intersection of emerging technologies and organizational behavior. Before joining Mizzou, she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Beijing, China, and worked as a research assistant at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Outside of research, she enjoys traveling, sewing and other crafts, fashion, and exploring vintage shops.
