Professor Crews currently teaches the Business and Society course, which is the College of Business’s largest writing intensive course with 340 students and 15 teaching assistants each semester.  She has also taught business communication, organizational behavior and management, human resource management, and labor relations courses.  She formerly served as the Senior Associate for Academic Affairs with the Missouri Department of Higher Education.  In addition, Professor Crews has served as a labor arbitrator for the U.S. Postal Service and the American Postal Workers Union in St. Louis, central Illinois, and greater Indiana.  She currently serves as the faculty advisor to Mizzou’s Delta Epsilon Chi chapter, which is the college equivalent of DECA.
